How to Claim a Lottery Prize
If you are a registered member of our weekly lottery there is no need to claim your prize. Prize cheques are sent to winners within one week of the draw date.
Gift Voucher or Celebration Favour Prizes
If you have received a St Ann’s Local Lottery Gift Voucher or Celebration Favour, register your details for automatic cheque payment in the event of a win by calling our lottery office on 0161 498 3642. Gift voucher recipients will be asked to provide their name and voucher reference number. Celebration Favour recipients will be asked for their ticket number, unique entry number and purchaser name.
Alternatively, recipients can email the details above to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a contact name and postal address.
If you believe you have won a prize in our lottery please contact the lottery office quoting the details above.
Shop Ticket Prizes
Check our Results page to see if you are a winner or check the results in any of our St Ann’s Hospice Charity shops or by calling 0161 498 3642.
Printed tickets include a three part number e.g. 1-2345-678. The last 3 or 4 digit number of the sequence is your ticket number (678 in the example above) and will be included on our results list if your ticket is a winner.
If you bought your lottery ticket from one of our St Ann’s Hospice charity shops, or from one of our hospice receptions, and think you have won a prize, complete an online prize claim form and upload a picture of your ticket to receive a cheque for your prize amount in the post.
Alternatively you can print a Prize Claim Form to be completed and returned to our lottery office. Forms are also available to collect from any of our St Ann’s Hospice shops or copies can be requested by contacting our team on 0161 498 3642 or email@example.com.
On receipt of a completed prize claim form the St Ann’s Local Lottery team will verify the win and prizes will be paid by cheque within 14 days.
The lottery draw will normally take place each Friday. However, if this is a Bank Holiday, it will take place on either the preceding working day or the earliest working day afterwards. Where appropriate contact details are held, prize winners are generally notified by post within 1 week of the draw taking place which will include the relevant cheque. Weekly winning numbers are published on our website www.sah.org.uk/lottery.
Every effort is made to contact prize winners whose prizes remain unclaimed after one month, including, where appropriate, contacting the gift voucher or celebration favour purchaser. As detailed in the St Ann’s Local Lottery Terms and Conditions all unclaimed or returned winning cheques will be held for six months, after which time they will be treated as a donation to St Ann’s Hospice.
